Robin's entrepreneurial spirit lead her in a new direction in 2002 when she took her greatest gamble to date. Along with her husband, she developed a full-service restaurant and bar from the ground up. Although Robin had limited restaurant experience, she did know how to build and operate a business. Her efforts paid off and the business succeeded. Ready to usher in a new chapter in their lives, Drew and Robin sold the business in 2009.
Throughout her professional career, from employee to owner, one theme has carried through consistently - performing bookkeeping services for small businesses. From managing accounts on behalf of property owners, to performing the bookkeeping functions of her own businesses, Robin has developed solid knowledge and expertise in the field. Additionally, she has a keen understanding of customer service and how important it is in every business.
The culmination of her experiences brought Robin to develop her own bookkeeping service. Practical experience gives her a unique perspective in understanding the needs of your small business. She has been there, like you. It is her goal to help you achieve your goals and help make your business a success!
Robin Brown has been performing bookkeeping services for over 17 years. First as a staff member and then as an owner of two businesses simultaneously. She is a 1991 graduate of Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with emphasis in Communications.
She got her start in bookkeeping as being a property and accounting manager for a property management company in 1992. She performed all bookkeeping functions for several major shopping centers and commercial buildings represented by the company throughout the Rogue Valley.
In 1996, Robin and her husband, Drew, purchased a struggling sporting goods retail store. In a year's time, the business was thriving. Robin left the management company in 2001 to focus on the retail store full-time and her soon-to-be born second child.
